Using NexVip Notes

Effective 30 September 2026. These terms cover reading the site, adapting message examples and using the greeting and card tools.

Everyday use

You may copy and adapt individual message examples for personal greetings, cards, captions and ordinary business correspondence. You may share cards you create for those purposes. No attribution is required for an individual greeting or card.

You may not republish substantial article collections, redistribute the image library as a competing collection, or present the website's articles as your own publication without permission. These terms do not claim rights that applicable law does not recognise.

Your words and choices

You are responsible for the text you add and where you share it. Do not use the tools for impersonation, harassment, unlawful material or disclosure of another person's private information. Check that you have permission before sharing a name, image or personal announcement publicly.

Nature of the guidance

The articles offer general writing suggestions, not medical, legal, therapeutic or other professional advice. A suggested message cannot understand a relationship or guarantee a particular response.

Availability

Reasonable care is taken to keep the reading and creation tools available, but uninterrupted access and compatibility with every browser cannot be guaranteed. Save a copy of wording you want to keep because personal drafts are not stored for later recovery.

Nothing in these terms removes consumer or other legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
